Office Hours:  My office hours vary, much like yours do.  That is the great thing about being self employed. I respond to email/text very quickly since it comes in on my cell phone.  So the best way to contact me is by email/text.  I promise to get back with you as soon as possible and probably much faster than you think I will.  I am  just a text or email away.

Please keep in mind that I do not always work the same hours, however, I will be available by phone from Noon Central Time to 5 Central Time, on Mondays, and Wednesday – Friday.  I AM NOT available on Tuesdays.
The hours I work on creating/designing/maintaining, etc varies.  Sometimes I will work all night, sometimes  I will get up really early and work all day.  I will get back with you as soon as possible when you text and email.

Cindy Mata is a full service Virtual Assistant, serving Mary Kay Sales Directors with our Unit Support Services; and both Directors and Consultants with our Customer Services.

Cindras is owned and operated by Cindy Mata. Cindy began servicing her Director soon after joining Mary Kay as a Consultant. Then, as the need arose, she began updating websites. Later, other Directors began requesting services, and before long, Cindras was born!

Cindy has created a set of signature systems that will keep your unit members energized and educated.

*Cindy served in the US Army for 4 years as a Lightweight Vehicle Mechanic and TAMMS Clerk, at Fort Dix, New Jersey; Fort Bragg, North Carolina; and Camp Casey, South Korea.

Just a little more about me…..

My life long dream has been to be a cosmetologist. I have wanted to be a cosmetologist as far back as I can remember. I have done everything except be a cosmetologist.

I have the best clients! My clients are awesome! I am not just a VA; I build relationships. I do not want to work ‘for’ you, I want to work ‘with’ you. I do not want all of our communication to be via email. I want to talk to you and share ideas, talk, laugh, etc.

My client list is small compared to most, I only take on the amount of work that I can personally do. I do not have a staff of employees or helpers. My family helps me at times, other than that, it is just a ‘one woman show’. I provide an honest days work for an honest days pay.

They know that I am just a real person doing a real job. I live a real life with real life problems. So, lets build a relationship. Relationships are important.
